... you wont be able to talk on it till you click the "Log In" button in the top right corner of it though.

scroll to the bottom of the screen, where all the usernames are, and under it there's a buttton saying join the chat, right at the very bottom. Click on this.

... or you can just click "Log in" at the top right corner of the chat box. which is the first thing you see when you log in to the forum.
